Our tournament committee offers a variety of choices each season. During the Winter months we play a Thursday morning Ball Toss (TBT). The TBT is an 18 hole competition that focuses on Singles Play. In March, nine-hole tournaments are held each Tuesday afternoon. There are monthly tournaments -- some serious like NCGA qualifiers and the Club Championship, some just for fun like the "Winter Mayhem" in January, and, our Member/Guest Tournament in the Fall. Our monthly tournaments are typically followed by refreshments, dinner and a social hour in the Apple Mountain Resort Restaurant.
We are not just about weekly and monthly tournaments. In 2010, the Club will continue the more popular activities from previous years, including the Winter Golf League, Spring and Fall trips to other golf venues, and the NCGA Team Match competition - a 12-person team competition against other clubs both at Apple Mountain and other courses throughout Northern California. We plan to introduce even more events this year.
This site is designed to keep you informed of all upcoming tournaments and events, and will include results and pictures of past events. In addition, we proudly publish our newly designed newsletter along with past issues for your review.
With all the new and exciting activities planned, stay current by watching this site for up-to-date events and results. So come back and visit us often. Welcome, and thanks for visiting The Club at Apple Mountain web site.
