The Mission of our Club is to offer our members a wide range of golf and social activities in order to enhance their overall golfing experiences and, most importantly, to have FUN!
Our tournament committee offers a variety of choices each season. Currently we have two weekly events, the Tuesday Ball Toss (TBT), an 18 hole competition and a nine-hole tournament each Thursday afternoon (TNT). There are monthly tournaments -- some serious like NCGA qualifiers and the Club Championship, some just for fun like the "Winter Mayhem" in January, and, our Member/Guest Tournament in the Fall. Our monthly tournaments are typically followed by refreshments, dinner and a social hour in the Apple Mountain Resort Restaurant.
We are not just about tournaments. In 2010, the Club will continue the more popular activities from previous years, including the Winter Golf League, Spring and Fall trips to other golf venues, and the NCGA Team Match competition - a 12-person team competition against other clubs both at Apple Mountain and other courses throughout Northern California. We plan to introduce even more events in 2010.
This site is designed to keep you informed of all upcoming events, and will include results and pictures of past events. In addition, we proudly include our monthly newsletter, the "LIPOUT", along with past issues for your review and enjoyment.
